Q: Are Yahdi3a’s paintings originals or prints?
A: Yahdi3a creates both. His Originals are one-of-a-kind hand-painted canvases, while Prints and Merch are limited reproductions of those works, designed for collectors who want to live with the art in everyday form.

Q: Do your artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
A: Yes. All original paintings and limited-edition prints come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity from Yahdi3a.

Q: How are your prints made?
A: Our prints are museum-quality reproductions printed on archival paper or stretched canvas using vibrant, fade-resistant inks. Each piece captures the texture, emotion, and rhythm of the original painting.

Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping:

• USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–15 business days (customs delays possible)

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide through trusted Printify print partners and carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Q: Can I request express shipping?
A: Express options depend on the print provider and your location. Please contact us before ordering if you need a faster delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because our products are custom-made, we can only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue — we’ll make it right immediately.

Q: What if my order is lost or delayed?
A: If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, please reach out with your order number. We’ll track it down or issue a replacement.

Commissions & Collaborations

Q: Can I commission a custom painting or design?
A: Yes. Yahdi3a accepts a limited number of custom commissions each year. Please share your vision through the Contact Page, and we’ll discuss concept, size, and pricing.

Q: Do you license your artwork for brands or film projects?
A: Select works are available for creative collaborations, film scoring visuals, or fashion partnerships. For proposals, please email us via the Contact Page with your project details.

Merch & Collections

Q: What is a “drop”?
A: Each Drop is a themed release inspired by a Yahdi3a painting — like “Satellite Voices.” It includes art-infused merchandise such as apparel, mugs, and tote bags, designed to let collectors wear and live the story behind the painting.

Q: How often do you release new collections?
A: New drops are released every few months and announced to our Collectors Circle first. You can join via the newsletter at the bottom of this page to get early access.

Q: How do I care for my merch or prints?
A:

• T-shirts, hoodies, and totes: Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low.

• Canvas prints: Dust gently with a soft cloth; avoid direct sunlight or moisture.

• Posters: Frame behind glass for best longevity.
